Tranquility

Too fast Ramadhan is leaving us. Less than a week now. Alhamdulillah for everything that happened in this blessing month. I still think I have not done enough as yet. InshaAllah, it won't just stop here. I pray to Allah that what I am doing in this month will still stick with me for the upcoming months and years and till the day I leave this world. InshaAllah. A weak soul I am, but I won't give up. His protection is what I need the most and His guide to making the right intention to every single thing I do.
For every good and bad things happens, it comes from Him.
Surely for everything that happens there will surely be a good reason behind it.

Bless me and my family, companions, friends, teachers, and all my sisters and brothers in Islam, ya Rabb.

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Whoever does not argue when he is in the wrong will have a home built for him on the edge of Paradise. Whoever avoids it when he in the right will have a home built for him in the middle of Paradise. And whoever improves his own character, a home will be built for him in the highest part of Paradise.” [Tirmidhi]

Arguing with people is strongly discouraged in Islam. We are to state our point of view and then leave it at that. Nor are we to involve ourselves in matters that do not affect a person’s deen. Note that a person is to shun argument whether he is in the right or whether his stand is wrong. Both get houses built for them in Paradise. But since the person who knows that he is right finds it more difficult to leave the argument and let things be, he/she is promised a greater reward.

Arguing with people rarely gets anyone to change their minds. It usually only produces defensiveness and creates ill feelings between people. The issue becomes a matter of one’s ego and makes it more difficult for a person to change their stance. Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) loves to have Muslims live harmoniously with each other. Try this hadith out in practice, and you will see that your relations improve with people and that you have greater peace of mind.

Step up! Its' 2010!

So what now? It's already 2010?
Oh well,nothing much happened in 2009, its just a couple of stuffs actually that happened, and yeah, I'm happy for that :) Alhamdulillah.

Anyway, this year of welcoming our 2010 was kinda different in a way or so. Firstly, we didn't get to see the awesome fireworks, but we get to hear the fireworks :)
Secondly, we didn't squeeze our way through in the crowd instead we spent our counting down in a simple affair on a rooftop. To be precise, on a carpark rooftop. Let's not put it as awesome, but yeah, we love the cool breeze..(minus-ing the oozey-woozey slight rain) ;)

anyhoos.
a little changes this time. i didn't write anything on a paper this time. not even on my phone. its written in me. i know what i want in life, and insyaAllah i shall achieve it. Just a little perseverance. :)

Saturday Smell!

Amazing race with the fellow colleagues at one of the favourite place of mine!

Singapore zoological gardens!

Like finally, I can get to visit all the cutest creatures on earth!

I admit I acted like a 5 year old girl once I saw the animals! The giraffes, zebras, and of course, can't help giggling at those orang utans!

This hooga-hooga team loves disturbing the orang utans!

And to think that at any moment, we can get attacked by them!

So the Amazing race this time was held there, thank god the weather was alright. Right after we end the game, it started drizzling.

Enjoyed every part of it. Though this race test more on IQ rather than ENERGY.

Fun group members :) So what more can I say.

Ask your heart

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Ask yourself for a decision, ask your heart for a decision (saying it three times.) Righteousness is that with which the soul is tranquil and the heart is tranquil, but sin is that which rouses suspicion in the soul and is perplexing in the breast, even if people give you a decision in its favour.” [Mishkat]

Everybody has within them the sense to distinguish right from wrong. And each person will be held accountable for using this sense. It is possible to twist facts and get people to give the decision that you want to hear, but if your heart is not at peace with the decision then know that it is most likely sinful for you to act on it. Unfortunately, if a person sins enough then the heart becomes dead and the ability to feel disquiet dies.

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Leave that which causes you doubt for that which does not cause you doubt.” [Tirmidhi]

This hadith is one of the ahadith around which the whole religion revolves: it is the foundation of scrupulousness (wara) around which revolves certainty; and it brings relief from the dark oppressiveness of doubts and speculation.

Half day at work today. Fine day :)

Initially out with colleague for just a window-shopping but a'las I ended up spending more than $50. How am I going to save up for the trip now?

Though I was a happy feet out to town, my head couldn't stop racing for answers. At some point of time, I found myself hanging by a moment. Haha.

Thoughtful & Hopeful Sunday

I'm lazing around in my bedroom on a Sunday. Watching dramas, playing with photoshop, humming and singing to every song I listened to. And now, thanks to my mom, I'm going through youtube for recipes, recipes & recipes.

I admit I am lazy. Plain lazy to try all out, but after looking through the steps and how they enjoy doing it makes me smile and I think I shall try it out one day. I'm turning 23 soon for god's sake yet I am still failing on how to cook rice. So tell me about it. I'm such a disgrace ya.

all about yesterday.

saturday 9am; a morning seminar @ work. not a fun one to be precise. i can see all almost dozed off when the speaker was having the speech.

saturday 1pm; at home with the surfing of net and a mini afternoon nap. weekends are the best.

saturday 5pm; a date out with the lovable chicken of mine. to the favourite hang-out as usual. :) thanks for enduring the walking. hehe. you didn't get your bookfair, instead i got my "live" didicazli. that was indeed the happiest time for a moment. and to think that we were there just at the right time! oh, lovely evening.

saturday 8pm; my first fresh bulgogi. making use of the discounted coupons. (ydae was the last day) and eventually we realised at one point of time that it's a 4 people's consume food. so yeah, we tried our best to eat, but take-away had to be done in the end. so next time let us don't be greedy :p due to the full stomach and sleepy eyes, we ended up talking non-sense. and then laughed to ourselves. again and again.

pasir ris to jurong east mrt ride was full of silence due to the deep sleep.

Unanswered questions?

It has been quite "sometime" since the last entry I wrote. Its not just the laziness, but the limited time I had too. Just one word to explain : Fatigue.
Haha.

Everything seems fine, except the weight has been going down.

The job has been good so far, I am learning new things each day. :)
But I have no answer to the loss of appetite since the last fasting I had. That explains the loss of weight. & for the first time I can weep looking at the walking skeleton on the mirror.

Today is already the mid of October, and that means we are already celebrating our Hari Raya for half a month now. Fast, isn't it. This year celebration was ok for me. It just wasn't like before.
Just something is missing.

A lot has caught me thinking.
Sometimes confusion attacks at a wrong time.
Haha.

This sudden entry is confusing, I know. I just feel like typing something out,
andI ain't sure how to begin.

New job?
Alhamdulillah I can say that everything went good so far. The fun, helpful colleagues of mine. The small world it is, I must say. I'm beginning to adapt to a different environment. No more playfulness, but a serious work.

And I hope I won't see any familiar faces coming up to my counter. I really hope not.

Anyway, just one thing that I miss about working in IRAS is definitely the radio, the slacking and yes, working with own friend obviously. Haha.

But eventually I have to move forward. Haha.

So our Saturday was spent with shoutouts,laughters and pain. Yes, and that means getting bruised.
However, I didn't get to feel the bruised. Not yet, and not for now.

Looking at their bruised was awesomely scary. All the running was awesomely tiring. After 5 minutes of running, I was already pancit.

BANGKOK TRIP 2008

Rangers : Ellyna, Faridah, Mariam, Masyithah, Nadia, Nazul

Oh well, this may be so basi, and others has already updated, except me.

For the sake of this particular fun & wonderful zoom bangkok we had, I shouldn't throw this event memories out of here.

It may not be as detailed as Nadia's, but it's better than none isn't it? :)

29th May 2008
Overnight at Changi Airport with the 3 M namely Melati, Mariam, Masyithah :) since we had to check in at about 5am. Met Nadia and Nazrul up at about 3am at Budget Terminal.

And so, during the waiting time......

Our excitement deteriorates as time gets closer to the flight. He knows how sleepy we were at that time.

30th May 2008
Day 1
- Where Bangkok starts!

2nd Stop : Pratunam Market

3rd Stop : Platinum Fashion Mall

4th Stop : Nang Phaya Restaurant

Scary place to shop. Gave up walking when we've only walked 2/5 of the shop.

Day 2 : Shopping Parade started!!

First stop : Breakfast at Samran Place Hotel

2nd Stop : Chatuchak!! (A must to go!)

While Mariam was busy-ing bargaining to get her low price on the stuff ever, and kak Masyithah can't help grinning away.

The dress we regretted not buying. Just because we couldn't get the price we wanted when this dress is actually already selling cheap. Hahs!

While looking around, we were surprised to bump into these Sawadeekap guy! Hahaha.

Exhausted after a whole day of shopping?

What's next if not by pampering ourselve with foot massage/medicure/pedicure?!

First timers for most of us, and we made the noisiest troop ever in the massage center!
Funny, yes truly funny! hahaha cos' everyone is penggeli!

And while we're busy having our massage/pedicure, just opposite our hotel had a gang fight. And from there I realised that opposite our hotel is actually a bar. Smashing of glass bottles by the side of road.

Worse thing ever happened.

The guy who have been knocked by the glass bottle on the head died on the spot. And much worse, it happened just right opposite of our hotel. Ho ho.

No ambulance, but a pickup carrying the corpse. Hoooo.

Nasib tak ada apa-ape.

12am sharp on 1st June 2008, we called the next door room 412 to wish our dearest kecoh friend ever a happiest 21st birthday, Nadia Fitri!

Best! :) and with this card and birthday shirt, we put it right infront of her door and asked her to open it right after the birthday song on the phone.
That makcik who thought it was some prank took some time to open the door. Hoho.

And so, that was the mini surprised for Nadia Fitri. Next celebration was held in 7th June.

3rd Day : Whole day at Chatuchak!

Initially we have booked for a transport to bring us to Grand Palace for sightseeing in the morning, but after thinking of the entrance fee and journey spent, we might as well spend it to somewhere that we enjoy.

And so, we managed to substitute our Grand Palace tour to Chatuchak instead!
Happy, happy people we were at that time!

And since it was already evening, and we've got most of our things(not really actually), we made our way out from Chatuchak and proceed to MBK(?) for our food.

This time, no Thai food, but fast food. Too hungry to be fickle, and therefore the KFC.

Lepak, lepak tersungguh.

And worse, packing needs to be done at that night too. Cos sadly, the day after will be our last day in Bangkok :(

Day 4 : Last minute shopping at MBK, Home sweet Home

We're the early birds there, and we got our final touch up of things ready in our hands. Spend those duit belen-belen, and most "exciting" incident happened here in MBK.
I was mistook as the salesperson there '_'
Worse, that person who thought I was the seller was from Singapore too '_'
Funny is it?
Haha.

After that mini lunch, off we go to Suvarnabhumi Airport to spend time there while waiting for our 8.10pm flight.

In conclusion,

the memorable part was....

Our tuk tuk ride! Truly, it was a Bangkok Drift!
Fast and furious!
Most of the time, we took Tuk tuk for our ride. Not only it is cheap, but fast too!
Just beware that you don't get cheated lor.

I'm so gonna miss it!

So, more trip next year?

Graduation Ceremony

23rd May 2008
Venue: Temasek Poly Convention Centre Time: 0930

The day I've much awaited for has finally arrived.

23rd May 2005 was the first day of school, while 23rd May 2008 was officially the last day of school.

Can't believe that 3 years has gone so fast. I once can't wait for school to end because of the heavy projects, yet I still do not want my poly days to end. But life has to move on isn't it? Now I'm just looking forward for what life has got to offer for me.

These particular day will keep and seal in me forever.
Sad but true, I'm no longer a TP student. An alumni itself doesn't feel the same.
Thinking back, I am so gonna miss travelling to Tamp. Crazy some people might say, but I don't feel much burden travelling to my dream school, although its an hour plus journey. Hurhur.

Well, the thing that motivates me to school is friends what else?
Although the projects was driving us crazy at that time, we managed to push each other and make sure we will be on the same level :) Alhamdulillah, I've got them as my motivator for school :)
Thanks alot Sentengs, thanks alot Widayu, thanks alot to the friends who has made my poly life as colourful as can be! :)

Back to the graduation ceremony event, I was a nervous girl early in the morning. My parents and Mira was early. Imagine we reached about 7.40am when we have to be seated at 8.30am.
Ayah was just afraid we may caught in traffic jam and at the same time he was scared he may not know the way to school. But in the end, the road was fine.

My last day in school, my parents first time in TP. At least they have finally stepped into my school. They kept saying they wanted to walk around my school since year 1, but everytime it just got cancelled. So yeah, this time I make sure they come to TP. Haha.

For the first time ever, I feel so proud listening to TP's School Song. Listening to it rewind myself to the day during our Orientation held 18/19 May 2005 when we have to dance through the song. Fun yet selenger days.

I was a kancheong spider at this time. I can't stop imagining myself from tripping on the stairs. But Alhamdulillah, nasib takde pape terjadi!

The event itself was boring, with those long speeches. Furthermore I was feeling so hungry and was scared anytime the stomach can start growling. I thought I was alone feeling sleepy, but when I turned around towards Nadia, her eyes was half open too! Kita ni tak habis-habis nak tidur! Kat kerja tidur, grad ceremony pun tidur! Hahaha.

The time that I have been waiting for has finally arrived, which was makan time and Photo-taking time!!
I wished all the classmates was there to take photos, but some did not attend while some are busy with their parents... like what we were doing.
Sadness.
But we managed to grab as many pictures as we can with the familiar faces though. :)

Cita-cite pakai robe tercapai. Next insyaAllah, I wanna wear the full set robe with the hat can? InsyaAllah, insyaAllah.

With the parents. :) My motivator and all-time supporter!

With Mak :) who keeps inspiring me with motivation words at home.
Who provides me with bekal without fail each day. who gives me everything i needed.
InsyaAllah, I will repay her kindness one day. I will.

With Ayah :) who lights up the house with laughters.
who give me ideas and strength. who volunteer making for us drinks when we're tired when we didn't ask for it.

My Sentengs in school! :)

Who never fail to make the school life colorful! I've got no words to describe their kindness seriously. The fun experience we had in school is definitely memorable.
From the movie at the amphetheatre, the habibie, the tenderbest, the marrybrown, the walking home from TP to interchange, the jalan at padang which was actually prohibited, the almost merosakkan CPU during the CMSY days, the interview we had with teachers for Teacher's day event, the movie in the Library, the night time in school during the heavy project days, the ITAS canteen with the nasi goreng/mee goreng which the taste asyik tak constant, the runaway from class just to eat or drink coffee and many more else.

just one tragedy that still makes me smile till today is the rooftop tragedy still. worse.

you know girls, i love you guys many2. Without you both, I think poly days will be dull for 3 years. Much thanks :)

And finally, like what we were hoping for since year 1 is to graduate together.
And indeed we are now! :) Side by side with the cert on our hands :)

MakcHICK Talk.

Excited, exciting.I'm in love with him. Adorable little boy and I am so looking forward to welcome him home soon!! :)

Looking at his face melts my heart & I wish I can see him everyday soon now.

He's none other than my sis little baby boy, Fedre Irfan.

He loves sleeping btw. Cute gerammmm!

And tomorrow I'm gonna see him again, insyaAllah! :)

Celebration of Faridah's Birthday - Part II

After a week, the continuation of faridah's birthday surprise celebration is back again.
It may be abit basi, but for remembrance sake, i shall post it here still.

Well, this time with different faces(except for mine), we brought her to Sentosa. As request by the birthday girl, she wanted the Song of the Sea that bad. And I hope you were not that disappointed with the performance cos' the song that we've waited for was not played. Anyway, we had tremendous fun when it comes to cake cutting, the dance we ownself created, the birthday wishes, the presentation of presents. totally love.
and the most hilarious part of the day i myself can't help giggling was the part when mariam and aini made a surprise appearance at Siloso station entrance with a "signboard" with Faridah's initial written on it. The situation was exactly like a tour guide waiting for the arrival of the passengers.

The "Non-Stop Hits" 21st Advanced Birthday.
05-05-08

This celebration was planned very last minute. I've got a call from Mira early in the morning telling me she couldn't get her leave on the 6th, therefore she intend to celebrate this Chatty's birthday on the 5th instead. I wasn't really keen in joining at the first place due to "under" budget as well as "I am looking very haggard" that day. Moreover, I didn't brought along the camera at that time. After much persuasion from Mira, I decided to join in the fun and went off early from work just to go home and get the camera! God knows how tired and rushing I was at that time. Especially when I reach home at about 5.15pm and scared that I may bumped into Faridah anytime since she ends her work at 5.30pm which is so near to my house.

On the way in meeting Mira and such, I've received smses from Faridah asking me to join her and Mira, yet I keep emphasising I couldn't, due to some "boleh percaya" reasons. Huhu. I have made a lot of lies that day, I tell ya. Bohong sunat.

Greatfully, I was early in meeting Mira. We grabbed a balloon just for her and proceed in cracking the brains to surprise her. However, everything was spontaneously done, I must say. And I guess that what's made it a wonderful surprise!

Here comes the part. Mira and I was at Marina Square when Faridah text her saying she already reached cityhall station. They were supposed to meet at Citylink, so Mira fetched her there. I am not suppose to show my face yet, so I waited for them at Marina's Square escalator alone, with that balloon. I keep emphasising to Mira not to linger around with Faridah anywhere else and proceed straight to Marina Square. So I waited about 10-15minutes at the escalator, hiding behind a big poster with the handphone in my hand. I don't know why I was very nervous that time when I am just meeting them. Funny. Am just afraid the plan doesn't go as planned.

When I've received missed call from Mira, I know I am supposed to get ready. Then I saw their shadows. I saw Faridah chattering(biasalah tu) and Mira's eyes scanning around finding me. They walked and I followed them behind and then tapped hard on her and tadaaaaa! She shrieked. Her voice getting louder. And yeay she was Surprise!!!
So the surprise was meeting me!! Hohoho.

Tak sia-sia kepenatan kita :)

We brought her to Breeks for Dinner. A happy goober she was.

The first surprise was done!
Like normal, she asked everything. On how we meet and plan and all. Truthfully she was surprise on how we can trick her because for all these years, she was the one who is being labelled as the "Surprise Queen?" right....

If you can do it, we can do it too! hahaha..

Anyway, thanks for the ten bucks. heee.

Right after our dinner, we've got another surprise for her! And I am so loving it. Hehehe.
Bila lagi nak kenakan dia kan? Everytime dia kenakan orang. Hehehe.

Brought along the blindfold thingy just for her. Right outside Marina Square's area, we told her we will do something she may not even think at that time. So we took the blindfold out and she was scared, bebb.. hehehe.. but she have to listen to the two of us that day. We've made a deal during our dinner that she should follow what we said no matter what. Hehe.
She kept asking where we will be bringing her, and again bohong sunat we made. Tsk, tsk.
Bad, bad us.

So here comes the pretty purple lady down the stairs. Mind you, the stairs was high hor. And Mira was the one guiding her all the way. I, being the nicest friend ever just waited for her down the stairs. Tsk tsk. Bad, bad me.
But, I did help in giving her support to complete her task, you know?

So we walked and walked and walked with her blabbering non-stop...
Bising, memang bising. Kelaka sungguh. Hehehe..
It was tiring really. She grabbed Mira's shirt, she grabbed my hair which eventually made it more messy!

But we persevere. Hahaha.. people were looking at us and smile.. halfway through, we bumped into Faridah's friend. Another spontaneous surprise. Cute kan? Haha. Thanks Ayu for playing along :)

About 15-20 minutes, we finally reached the place!
I love it when people actually follow our tune and play along. The staff there was co-operative :)
They joined in the fun, totally!

Tadaa! Mata bersilau? bukan.. actually mata tak nampak sangat sebab cermin mata belum pakai! Hehehe.

3 Singapore flyer tickets for the 3 of us!

Ride, here we come!

For the first time, I love Singapore scenery. Haha.

At the highest peak.
Although the ride was kinda slow, we still enjoyed the experience.
For a second ride?
I'll think twice. It depends on who the company is.

We sat down and have our mini talk. Mira made for her an inedible cake this year :)
Pretty nice like something which can be made into Hantaran.
The ingredients of the cake use? You wouldn't want to know.

Definitely a fun Mirella catch up we had. The first time experience and the ties we hold.
I hope it will stay strong insyaAllah.

For the birthday girl, glad that you had fun :)

For Mira, thanks a million lots for that thoughtful ideas of yours. Thanks for everything, really.

Now, now... you may think the celebration is over, but its not!

celebration of a girlfriend's birthday.

nineteen april that is, we celebrated mira's birthday. and our birthday lady has fallen sick on her birthday. tsk tsk tsk. she almost cancelled her plan with latif actually due to her sickness. thankfully, this latif managed to persuade her to go out, else me and faridah may ended up got 'bubbled' by her.

so the plan goes like this. latif bought 4 tickets to the movie at about 3pm, met us up to pass the 2 tickets to us. he head home to fetch mira and meet us up at the movie theatre itself without mira's knowing.

8.10pm the movie started. me and faridah waited nervously like mad in the dark theatre. they came in 5 mins after the show started. she ignored us. we made some noise. she still ignored us. so with our 'pasar malam' masks that we purchased, we sneaked slowly at her face and wished a happy birthday to her. her reaction was kind of shocked plus giving us a look that i felt that we are a crazy people! until i took off my mask and there she saw her two cute bestfriends and started giggle and asking so many questions!
faridah was the victim in answering all the questions just because she was sitting besides her. as for myself, i'm happy-ing starting to watch the movie.

a mini surprise in a dark theatre, i must say :)

and the show that we're watching? definitely maybe, boring.

i nearly dozed off in the theatre!

continuation of the celebration, since the cafe that we love to bring her there had their last order at 10pm, we definitely can't made it there. hence, we followed the birthday girl taste by going to Ben & Jerry's at Dempsey Hill. Crowded yes. Ambiance is superbly nice. I love that place :)

the day i turned a year older.

i've got a lot to blog about, but it's just hard for me to put it into words!

i thought my 21st birthday was spent like any other normal days since i got bubbled by a fake diarhoea tales faridah came up with, but in the end...

my 21st birthday was spent perfectly with the loved ones i have!

the family and friends at my place! :)

and i was the only one who doesn't know about all this plan until that 27th march, 8pm.

surprises! surprises! again.

nothing has changed. naive girl, i am still.

(well, i trusted the surroundings too much sometimes.)

i thought i can control the tears. but i couldn't still. the moment i saw them infront of the doorstep, i don't know what to do and started to close the gate and tried to run away. and right after they came in the house, i hid in the room just because i was wearing clothes that looks like i am already going to bed! and i'm just lucky that these love ones i have right now are here with me.

closefriends and cousins that i have not seen for quite sometime are there and it felt really good to see them again!!

i can imagine them hiding at the stairs for quite a while. haha! hilarious.

well, my 21st wasn't that bad after all! :)

with the lovely dora balloon i have to carry around in office, the roti-john during lunch, the cake from supervisor who actually went out of the office during office hours to get it, and the fake present from the pest of mine, nadia fitri. 13th april is the due date, so what was it that she gave me? a library book!

brother-in-law twenty-seven birthday.

marks 21st march, we celebrated the bro-in-law birthday. it falls nicely on a good holiday and that thurs and friday was an awesome fun-tiring day i must say. be it the decorations, the surprise song & moves, the disappointed clan walking down to the bowling arena when we found out that they will be open next month '_' and many more.

but to sum up, everything was indeed best!

thursday: after work meet up with melati, cous and sis to downtown east chalet. met bro-in-law sis, lina with her friend at the entrance of the chalet. decorate the room. to and fro finding scotchtape. got the mini-cake.

if only i can get the experience to spill out everything here, isn't it perfect?

but i'm just lazy to type from A-Z, i can gladly say that during the whole birthday surprise for the b-i-l, i got bullied a lot of times by them. them, who asked me to sing birthday song in hindustan. but after much fun, i did volunteer myself in dressing up using a 'fake' sari by wrapping myself with a towel.

alhamdulillah, i managed to clear all modules for school and that means i am already out of school! :) goodbye to the pleasant and the hard times we had for the last 3 years! time flies isn't it? now, i'm so looking forward to the graduation ceremony which is in May. this year May i've got a lot of things to look forward to. insyaAllah, insyaAllah.

i'm stuck for words now. i just feel like grinning, indeed i am doing that now!

it has been some time since i last really hogged onto the laptop. work has occupied most of the time and by the time i reached home from work, the bed and pillow are the only thing that i'm interested in. work has been good except lately when nadia and i have to do graphics work which is irrelevant to our jobscope. and thankfully, everything is done :) (for now, at least).

my saturday was spent lazing around in the morning, and to town in the afternoon for a quick shop. met up faridah and her mom. such a blessed daughter she is by treating her mom for a surprise massage and spa. and eventually making the mom teared up. her surprises always made people got into tears. hurhur. and thanks again for the treat to swensens :)

if only i have the talent to teach, i would gladly take up the offer. but sadly, i've made up this mind of turning it down. and i already assure myself that i won't regret it. insyaAllah, hope a better one comes right after may.

on a good note, i'm signing a part-time contract with iras again, and it feels good. seeing faces that i last had seen 4 months back. wheeee!

and i hope i can fulfil the task on list, insyaAllah.

a letter each ~~day~~ month.

at last movie ahead before the book. and i was pretty happy about it. at least i don't have in mind to compare anything. haha. with the best girlfriends out for this movie date. so we tried watching it at amk hub, and indeed the theatre was perfectly good. better than j.east entertainment i must say. haha.
about that show?
i love it. really love it. not only does it have many nice sceneries, the storyline is simply good. okie lah, since faridah had already read the book, she said the book details are much more better. and i bet many agreed to that. haha.

so the moral of the story is:
don't read the book before you watch the movie.
haha.

before the movie, we had our early dinner first.

got tempted to try the lala and the chicken which has been promoted freely by faridah, at last i got myself to try those food at newton circus. simply nice! the LFC(liverpool fan club?) chicken, i like. but in my mind is still buttersquid. ok, i can still wait.

here i say, goodbye school.

right after our marketing paper which i have been waiting for it to end, everything felt so relieved. it's not just about the paper, but it actually marks the end of school. end of the three years. and i hope i won't be coming for school again. i hope not. i've given my best for the paper, and i prayed everything is worth studying. bid lovely goodbyes to the friends, we proceed to our hide-out venue for our mini graduation get-together. perfect beautiful place. i'm in love with my temasek poly.
ok, i'm saying it again. haha. anyway, we brought along our balloons, souvenirs and the most important thing, foodies.

we created the heart's name. and i'm in charge! so hint hint!

widayu joined us this time! :) i like! the more, the merrier. thanks for enduring the nonsense, and thanks for spending time for this mini graduation thingy :)

about 5pm, the weather got a little more feeling-feeling winter sonata lah kan.. it started to rain.. but that does not stop us from hurrying back home.

instead we were busy lighting up the candles. but it took us some time to light it up due to the weather.

and with this, i would like to thank the friends that colour my school's life. without them, i'm sure it won't be this exciting! nadia, thanks for being the best pest ever. although you can't stop blabbering most of the time and with the 'always up to mischief' mind, i really appreciate the times we spent together very very very much. really. thanks for the support and motivation for school. thanks for the much help in everything. but no worries, we gonna see each other again!!! at least for few months :))
frana, thanks for being the best petom joker in school. the 23 bus journey we had for 3 years has got to be the maciam maciam experiences. apart from that, the sharing of lame jokes, the singing out of tunes together, the always thinking of food selalu.. will stay in me! thanks for the very much help in anything and everything and the positive words that you provides when it comes during the hard times :) but no worries again, we gonna see each other again!!! at least for few months :)))
widayu, though we're only in the same class for only 2 semesters, you have been the smartest hardworking girl that i adore. thanks for the help that you'd provide me throughout the projects. i owe you alot. and i don't know when i can actually repay all those. thanks for the sharing story session to kill the boredom during our lab times :) thank god that we get to know each other :)

browsing through the marketing notes is making me sleepy, but i had to refrain myself from sleeping in the afternoon. especially at this hours. so here i am again typing typing typing away. i feel like eating buttersquid at this moment and i feel like watching hana kimi again. why must all these nonsense thinking come everytime i have to study?

yesterday's family event is still on the mind. the meeting, the birthdays, the anniversaries, the paparazzi, the cake smash, the pictures, the throwing of banana skin around. the whacky family i have.

meeting starts at the right timing my sisters and i came. and going for a holiday trip is back after for so many years! it has been quite some time that i last went out of the country! i don't mind going anywhere they planned actually. alternatively if not for a holiday, hopefully the bowling or the treasure hunt activities are on, please. i can't wait! and i can't wait to get a job soon too! so at least i don't have to depend on the parent for this trip. huhu.

after the meeting, the birthday celebration starts! kak ana ordered 3kg cake for the birthday girl, syafinaz as well as the february babies too. the cake is tremendously pretty and i bet it will be a dream cake for the small girls.

apart from the birthdays, we also have couples celebrating their anniversaries. isn't that lovely..

all celebration in one event! and all use the same cake! hoho. cut cost habis eh...

right after the singing of multi-language birthday songs, the young ones start to sibok sibok taking pictures with the cakes.. i bet we took about 10 minutes smiling and peace-ing at the many many cameras with flash infront of us. feeling feeling fofular habis! hehehe..

start the birthday routine. sarah was the first unlucky person to be smudge with the creamy pink cake! and once the ball starts to roll, it started to get messy.. everyone was running away defending their faces! not even the ones who are not celebrating the birthday were spared!

having them makes me bless, and i realised my family left with only few childrens as we are getting older. it used to be us, the kids who run around the house freely without having so much in mind. older, and our responsibility getting higher.

for now, i'm so much looking forward to the trip! wheehooo! and i hope by then i already have some moolah on hand. insyaAllah.

bestie date out to heritage center.

out for a fast and furious walk at arab street to get the book i've been wanted to get, and finally i've owned it. for the first time, faridah and i stepped into the malay heritage center and was pleasantly amazed by the beautiful cultural nature. i like athough it was scorching hot. we were busy capturing ego-shot pictures when one tourist came by upon us and volunteered to take our pictures. maybe that japanese tourist mistook us for another tourist cos' we were so kecoh tengok permandangan yang agak cantik lah. haha. straight after we got the pictures taken, out to the exit we went. somehow i feel so paisey. hurhur.
malaysian tourist? brunei tourist? or maybe indonesian tourist she thought we are??
hahaha.

and then...

(pass by malay singer, eiss with his caucasion girlfriend)
me: (look at faridah)
faridah: kau nampak siape aku nampak?
me: nampak, cheh orang putih ni..

i did enjoy yesterday's stroll although i had to make a move due to family gathering i have. will update it next, when i'm not hungry.

friday was the last day spent in school before the marketing exam which falls on next friday. and i hope i won't be coming back for school again for the next semester. insyaAllah no. although i know i will miss school like hell. friday made me sentimental. sad for leaving the school that i'm in love with at the first sight. that was 3 years ago. i still remembered the first time i stepped into TP, i know for sure i'm not gonna regret it. and indeed its true. the great friends i made. the whacky gang i have, the colourful life build by the school. oh, now i can sense i'm gonna miss TP so so much when i leave :(

apart from that, i'm so gonna miss the journey i'd always enjoyed. the crazy thing people always thought. and that's travelling from j.east to tampines every single day. the many experiences i've gained. hurhur.

school, i'm in love. but projects, i've got tension.

and last friday i've managed to capture some pictures. the ending of school days. and one day i shall compile the pictures we had since year one till now and print it out. i bet it gonna cost a lot. but sometimes you can't depend on your harddisk, you see.

and the more reason i love school is because of them, sentengs. since day one till now. and more years to come, insyaAllah.

my sentengs never runs out of food. there's no us without them.

and last thursday was the last lesson we had for the semester. we actually forgot until one classmate actually came to us and wish us the best and began shaking hands with us. that part made me sad, but still controllable. right outside the tutorial room we started taking pictures. though we're not always together with this group, it felt different. suddenly it seems like we are close. hur hur. by the way, this group is the genius group i must say. director's list guys. and they will definitely help you if you ask for help.

fun times we shared.

to celebrate the end of projects, we rewarded ourselves to watch our favourite guy who we think are too cute in that show, kung fu dunk. and personally i think the show is too cute until we keep smiling in the theatre being so 'syiok sendiri'. what's more when the basketball player in that show is too hot hot heat, especially in that long hair of theirs. so faridah, maybe you should watch this show and you'll know what i meant. hoho. but again i think if only jayzhou didn't wear a wig in that show, it would be perfect. haha.

right before the show, we managed to catch our lunch and since we were still early for the show, we decided to hop by the open plaza at tamp mall. that was my first and indeed it was really fun spending our childish times at a childish place.

we don't look like any matured students and we don't look like we are already nearing to the twenties. we don't really care what others would say actually, and as usual we have this mindset where it sounds like 'sometimes we only meet people once in a lifetime'.
haha.

and because of that, here we are.... not rooftop, but playground.

happily trying out different kind of equipment which made us burst into laughters, small kids suddenly came running towards us and wanted to join us playing this thingy! and for that few minutes, we suddenly became like a kindergarten teacher at the playground guiding them throughout their playtime there. haha.

just a small note, i just wanna say "don't judge a book by its cover."

again, this time we encountered with another pakcik security. but this time is not about something bad. asked him for help in taking a picture of us :) tebalkan muka.

thanks big, huge, enormous time my dearest sentengs for the wonderful time, and the non-stop commenting in that show. and the laughters and macam macam benda yang macam paham lagi!!

having a deep long holidays isn't that good too, yeah? you will dread the monday that is coming tomorrow. another monday. another week.
and it's the submission week, the presentation week.
a week before the exam comes, two weeks before i end the school. insyaAllah.

the past days were spent wisely, thankfully.
to frana's place for the brushing up of the project, though we did not manage to get what we expected.
to the meaningful syarahan on friday and saturday with different group of company.
totally love it. totally love the atmosphere. thanks for the intro kak muna, love.
